Charles Frantes recently graduated from The University of Texas in Austin with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations focused on Political Economics. He also obtained a minor in Latin American Studies and a business foundations certificate through the Red McCombs School of Business.

Born and raised in The Woodlands, Texas, Charles has spent the majority of his life as a resident of the masterplanned community.

As a journalist for The Woodlands in Focus, he is concerned with providing The Woodlands’ residents with a fact based source of information to chronicle the legacy of The Woodlands and evaluate where we are headed as a community.
