The economic analysis firm, TXP, was commissioned by the Montgomery Harris Business Alliance to update the Township’s 2012 incorporation impact study. This updated incorporation impact study estimates the change in costs and revenues since 2012, based largely on secondary information derived from comparable communities and then applies this information to existing state law and the current situation in The Woodlands.
